our story

**We are a group of medical students/doctors who have decided to use our experience to improve the healthcare sector one step at a time. Having been through the university course ourselves, we know how tough it can be to be a medical student: looking for signs offs and hunting down learning opportunities during placement is an everyday challenge we were all too familiar with.Medpham’s mission is to improve communication between university students, allowing them to give each other a live update of interesting patients/cases ongoing in the hospital so that they don’t miss any opportunities that could potentially widen their medical knowledge and improve their clinical skills. **

Dr Banh

Dr Quang-Vinh Banh is the founder of Medpham. During his studies, he has noticed a recurrent problem that medical students and healthcare staff were facing in hospitals. With the root of the problems found, instead of continuing down the clinical path, he has chosen to take the project head on to try to develop a solution with his team.

Dr Gamage

Dr Kithmini Gamage, or famously known as Dr Mini, is an F1 who has recently graduated from the University of Southampton. With her regular use of social media, she is an influence not only for medical students but also for junior doctors in the country. Being immersed in the healthcare environment, her experience on the ward has been invaluable to help us decide on key features of the app.

Mr Khan

Soon-to-be doctor, Anas Khan has facilitated market research by directing medical students to the Medpham team for interviews.
His current exposure to placement as a medical student has also led him to develop ideas that will be innovated in the near future.

Dr Alam

Dr Alam is a junior doctor currently working in London. Having graduated from the University of Southampton following a bachelor in Chemistry, she is now involved in multiple projects, one of which includes Medpham. Here, her presence in the team offers us real-time insight into the lives of medical students in the capital city.
